Welcome to Walls Master. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and painting services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services Provided

Walls Master provides professional interior and exterior painting services for residential and commercial properties throughout Ontario, Canada. Services include but are not limited to:

• Interior and exterior painting
• Surface preparation and repairs
• Color consultation
• Protective coatings and finishes

Quotes and Estimates

• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Quotes are based on site inspection and information provided by the client
• Final pricing may vary if conditions differ from the initial assessment
• Additional work beyond the original scope requires written authorization

Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required before work commences
• Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements are made
• Accepted payment methods include cash, check, credit card, and e-transfer
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Disputed charges must be raised within 10 business days of invoice date

Scheduling and Cancellations

• Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled work may incur a cancellation fee
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or emergency situations

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate property information and access to work areas
• Remove or protect valuable items in work areas
• Ensure pets and children are kept away from work zones
• Inform us of any hazardous materials or conditions on the property
• Provide necessary utilities (water, electricity) during the project

Warranties and Guarantees

• We guarantee workmanship for a period of [1-2 years] from completion date
• Material warranties are provided by manufacturers
• Warranty does not cover damage from improper maintenance, accidents, or normal wear and tear
• Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with photographic evidence

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions not disclosed by the client
• We carry liability insurance for property damage and injuries occurring during our work

Insurance and Licensing

Walls Master maintains:

• Commercial general liability insurance
• Workers’ compensation coverage (WSIB)
• All necessary business licenses and registrations in Ontario

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by Walls Master and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use our website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Collect user information without consent

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between parties
2. Mediation, if negotiation fails
3. Arbitration or litigation in Ontario courts as a last resort

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
